XeniaShopper welcomes you to a fun and innovative way to connect with the local marketplace. You can Buy, Sell, Rent, Connect and have fun within the local community. Our services are based upon trust, and this User Agreement helps to promote trust between you and other members of the XeniaShopper community.

When accessing XeniaShopper or by using any of the services offered by XeniaShopper, you must adhere to the terms of this agreement. You may also be subject to additional guidelines and rules, which we may post from time to time. All changes and modifications to this agreement will be posted on XeniaShopper home page for 60 days. After which, the changes will appear in User Terms and Agreements. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please exit the Site immediately, and cease all use of our Services.

Registration/Your Account: You may browse the Site for free and without registering. However, you must register as a member to post an ad or to participate in our Forums. During registration, you will be asked to create an account by supplying an email address and a password. This information will be needed to identify you in future visits to the site. You will also be asked to provide information such as your name, address and telephone number. XeniaShopper provides only a service and is not involved in any transactions between buyers and sellers who use our site and services and does not handle any goods physically. We do not confirm the identity of our user, nor the accuracy of any listings posed on the site. Therefore, we do not guarantee or endorse the authenticity, quality, safety or legality of any items offered or sold. We cannot assure that all transactions will be completed. You agree that XeniaShopper has no liability for any misrepresentation, incomplete statement or failure to disclose by any user, or for any claims arising from a transaction initiated through this site.

We encourage you to take all steps you believe appropriate to confirm the accuracy of any listing posted, and the identity of any buyer or seller with whom you deal. We have established a system for feedback from other users to help evaluate the buyer or seller with whom you are dealing. This information is not screened or confirmed by XeniaShopper.

Selling/Posting: You must have the legal authority to sell, rent or provide the goods and services that you are posting on this site. You must accurately describe your item and all terms of the transaction in you listing. If another users buys your item, you are legally obligated to complete the transaction unless the transaction if prohibited by law or this agreement. You are responsible for payment of all fees due XeniaShopper. Any item listed that is an imitation, replica or facsimile must use that term in both the title and description of the listing. The listing should never be worded in a way that might confuse the buyers as to the authenticity of the item. Images of authentic items are not permitted when selling replicas. Your pictures must be of the item that you are selling.

Use Restrictions: XeniaShopper may be used only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site or services to transmit, post, distribute or store any material or conduct any activities in violation of any applicable local, state, provincial or federal law or regulation. This includes without limitations unauthorized use or distribution of materials protected by patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. The sale or distribution of material that is obscene, defamatory or libelous, constitutes an illegal threat, violates right or privacy or publicity or violates export control laws are forcibly prohibited.
